WORD OF THE DAY (May 9th, 2020)

Sonder: The realization that everyone has a complex life of their own.

I used to play this game in my head as a kid. Whenever I saw someone that intrigued me, I would make a story about them. The man in the tux would be the businessman who was secretly a superhero. The woman in the pretty dress was a famous supermodel in disguise. The family on vacation were lost tourists from another planet. I was just a kid and this was merely a game to me, but it did get me to realize that everyone I've ever met has a life of their own. Everyone on the street has a story of their own. That story is called life.
